Titans Knock off Rams, 5-3

Coming off of a 28-8 win over Cottonwood, the Titan defense played one of their more physical games in recent memory, defeating Highland 5-3. Coach Eric Gunderson

It is with a heavy heart to let you know of Coach Eric Gunderson’s passing, this past Saturday.  The Olympus community has been blessed with his association for the past 4 years.  A tremendous coach and a better man.  He will be missed. His funeral will be held Thursday, 6/23 at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial

All-State Football Awards

Each year, both the Deseret News and the Salt Lake Tribune publish their post season all-state awards for football.  Both publications decide these awards based upon the voting of the head coaches in 4A.  Congratulations to the following Titans: Quinn Meier, Running Back, Sr. Deseret News 1st Team All-State Salt Lake Tribune 1st Team All-State

Academic All-Region VI

Region VI coaches decided upon honoring players that have enjoyed academic success.  For the first year, an academic-all region team has been created.  Players that have over a 3.85 cumulative GPA and are varsity letter winners were selected.  Olympus led all schools with twelve players honored.  They include: Ben Bywater Dallin Bettilyon Oscar Hoggan Sawyer

The Olympus High Football team will be taking on Corner Canyon Today at 4pm at Olympus High School in the first round of the 4A State Championship. Olympus fans, come on out and support the football team. We hope to have a good crowd today to cheer them on.
