Titans Route Colts 45-7

cam_cwoodOlympus opened its football season this past Friday, with a convincing 45-7 victory over neighboring rival Cottonwood.  The Titans were led by a stifling defense that allowed 70 yards passing and 89 rushing.

Offensively, Harrison Creer had an impressive start under center.  He completed 12 of 20 passes for 209 yards and 5 touchdowns.  He opened the scoring up on the first drive, hitting Robbie Ballam down the middle for a 34 yard touchdown pass.  He also connected with Cameron Latu, Noah Bennee, Nick Ward, and Tommy Poulton for touchdowns.  Junior Jack Hollberg rushed the ball 6 times for 115 yards and a touchdown.  Tony Foulger displayed his impressive leg, hitting a 34 yard field goal, as well as going 6/6 on PATs.

Olympus travels to Granger on Friday to take on the Lancers.  nick_cwoodjack2_cwoodnoah_cwoodRobbie_CwoodWatty_CwoodEv_CwoodHarry_Cwood
